Sophia Ting, age 9, has been drawing digitally for at least five years now. She has often been surrounded by a work-play environment that allowed her to focus on the very things she enjoys-art. Each character she creates is meticulously drawn with details and layers that demonstrate a level of experience through practice. Her current focus is on headshots of original drawings. She hopes to work on anatomy more this upcoming year. You'll see here a small collection of each original character. Some are inspired by her favorite digital artists, and others are made on a whim. Each drawing can take anywhere between a half hour to several days. The average time spent on each drawing is around 4-5 hours.
